Writing letters: ascenders and descenders
As your child learns to form letters correct they will need to practise the size of their letters and the size of any ascenders and descenders (the tops and tails of the different letters). Help them space and size their letters correctly with our handwriting worksheet, written with the guidance of the National Handwriting Association's experts.
